I remember a very funny thing that one happened with a friend of mine when he moved to Europe. I won’t mention the name of the country for certain personal reasons, but what is really interesting is that relocation totally changed his life. He managed to quit smoking from one very dump yet ingenious reason. He was so greedy that he better died in terrible cravings that pay five dollars more for each pack of cigarettes that he smoked on a daily basis. When he arrived his budget was limited and he had no permanent job so he figured out that the best way to save some money and health (of course) is to simply stop smoking cigarettes and to live a life without tobacco and nicotine. What do you think happened? He succeeded! His greediness helped him conquer his own desires for smoking and for tobacco. Can you imagine something like this? While I believe that only a few people can come close to such an experience, it is real. Basically, everything is achievable in this life if you have enough courage to get started, to experiment and to take the necessary decisions when you need to make your move. His decision was to quit smoking because the cigarettes were too expensive and his budget was limited.

Now don’t get me wrong. It doesn’t mean that if you are extremely rich (and know that you might die of cancer one day) you need to throw away all your money and go somewhere where tobacco is terribly expensive and try to replicate his success. The point is that there are thousands of individual stop smoking aids for kicking your nicotine habit. The key is just changes in the pattern that you live and smell and feel in your everyday life. There are no secrets of quitting smoking that I am not revealing to you. The only secret is in your mind, without your power of understanding and your level of gathering enough determination to move on. Without motivation you won’t possible kick the habit and even if you have the money to get the most expensive quit smoking aids out there like very rare prescriptions and medications this is all fluff and you won’t manage to achieve a long term result. If you want to learn how to never touch a cigarette once again go to Europe without any money and throw away your credit card, your passport and your cell phone (just kidding).

Anyway, when kicking the nicotine habit there is one major problem that all smokers in this world with a little bit of experience and at least several attempts to quit smoking know. CRAVINGS!!! Yes, this painful and awful feeling that something is wrong, that something is missing is horrible. You are always going to feel some kind of inner frustration, constant head and heart aches. Everything is going to look great in your life except one thing that comes to your mind every single second since you last threw away your incompletely smoke cigarette. You need one more shot, you need one more tobacco smoke and that is all. Thoughts like the one mentioned above are pretty common and if you don’t take any measures right now and head for Europe without any money to buy cigarettes you are going to spend the rest of your life trying to figure out which is the best way to make these cravings disappear and you will once again invest in ineffective nicotine patches, gums, etc – just to ease your pain, your desire, your irritation, your uncertainty, your terrible addiction to smoking. We’ve talked about the importance of determination when you are ready to make a sudden change in your life. Without being able to sign for this commitment, nothing is going to happen and you will just get back to your old things in a matter of hours.

It’s important to realize that everyone is different. If you for example start to believe, beginning with tomorrow, that the nicotine replacement method will definitely help you become free of smoking addiction after a few patches and gums, you know – it might really happen. There are no guarantees for this, but you have to realize that something like this is real, just because you believe in it so much. I myself subscribe to the fact that the whole quit smoking scene is constantly divided into two main groups that always have something to quarrel about. The first one are the good guys that managed to kick this terrible money and health wasting habit with the power of their will by making a serious commitment and the other ones are those people that had no success to motivate themselves enough and though about going to way of the stop smoking aids that come from exterior, from a world of those who “don’t want anything from you” except you “feeling better” and to be honest that is pure fluff. Here we are once again arguing about the superiority of method. It won’t lead to any positive results. The sooner we all understand something like this, the better. It is getting more and more intriguing to discover that a certain drug managed to help a person stop smoking and there are almost several years since he never touched that nicotine again. However, how is something like this possible when talking about a brand new product that just came out the other day? Have you ever wondered about something like this? The smoking habit needs and can be kicked out of your mind and body, but without the proper attitude you aren’t going to reach any permanent results.

Physical withdrawal symptoms, as well as cravings, are the one who provide all the pain for those people that seek ways to overcome their addiction using certain stop smoking aids. While it might not always be the same, but this matters a lot because you need to figure out a way to stop the pain when thinking not to smoke again. If you are a teenager which is partially addicted (mentally only) that there is nothing to worry about. You just need a good slap and a little bit of hard work and it aren’t going to take a lot of time for you to realize that this is the way to go. However, on the other hand, if you are a heavy serious smoker with more than twenty years of experience you need to think about ways to avoid withdrawal symptoms and all possible cravings because it isn’t going to be easy. All the poisonous chemicals that you managed to get in your body during all this time need to slowly get out if you want to start a new life and the pain that you are going to feel is the price that you need to pay for it to happen. Don’t forget that nicotine is one of the most addicted drugs out there in this world and it won’t be easy to stop it from being it. You need to figure out ways to either trick or force yourself to get rid of it somehow.

Kicking the nicotine habit can be done using help from exterior, but when you don’t have the necessary mental determination to face all the cravings and withdrawal symptoms you are simply going to live a few months of total nightmare and hell trying to figure out how to stop your headaches, stomachaches, lack of appetite, sleepless nights, constipation, diarrhea, all kinds of indigestions, etc. You probably understand that your life is not going to be easy. While for some people (it depends how strong you are) these might last from a few days to a week, others can “boil” in this for at least several months because the organism doesn’t have what it takes to these symptoms resistible and you are going to need to smoke a cigarette here and there. A good dose of motivation is going to beat it all and you will be ready to face with dignity the lack of sleep (insomnia), the permanent anxiety and frustration (irritability) and or course a state of permanent tiredness (fatigue). However, when you are experiencing something like this you have to be happy. It means that there is hope! Your body is alive and is fighting and so are you! People that quit smoking and don’t feel anything for several days are the one that have really bad problems with their health. When you organism reacts really badly to the lack of nicotine in your body it means that it is really strong and will definitely be able to face this whole process till the end.

No matter what stop smoking aids you use, a parallel support system is always recommended. You might consider going to see certain same minded groups of people that are in the “same boat” (trying to beat smoking) or you can relax by listening to hypnosis audio recordings from time to time. Anything is possible to help as long as you believe in it. Subliminal messages or videos or just a music that inspires you a lot can make the whole process of cravings and withdrawal pass by a little bit easier. This is how you use stop smoking aids to kick the nicotine habit once and for all – at least this is how those who managed to quit did!
